Start with Read Me. Replace fictional inputs with your own purchasing assumptions and record the FX source and date separately.

Compare like for like
Match specifications, quantity and commercial terms. Use the single-SKU worksheet or the separate two-SKU example without counting shared charges twice.

Check before deciding
Review missing-input warnings and independently verify costs. Adding rows does not automatically extend the example’s formulas.

Useful estimates require verified assumptions.

Manual rates and charges
No live FX or freight rates, automatic customs duties or taxes, or resale margin calculations. Comparison totals depend on the charges you include and do not guarantee complete landed cost.
Exactly two SKUs in the allocation example
The shared-cost example is not an unrestricted allocation engine. Avoid double counting and confirm appropriate allocation bases, customs valuation and tax recoverability with qualified advisers.
